Small Town Studio is an Architectural Design Company established by Eleanor Moloney in 2014. Eleanor studied Architecture at the University of Limerick, graduating in 2011. In 2012, she moved to Canada where she was employed by Manasc Isaac Architects in Edmonton, Alberta. She worked on some high profile projects including MacEwan University’s “Centre for the Arts and Communications” and the “Mosaic Centre” – Canada’s first net zero energy office building.
On winning funding from Limerick City of Culture in 2014, she returned to Ireland, completing a design workshop in Kilbehenny. Subsequently, she began to develop an approach to Community Design Funded by Irish Design and eventually established Small Town Studio Ltd.
