‘Dances for Inside and Outside’ by John Scott/ Irish Modern Dance Theatre
In this Dance Double Bill we present ‘Roots’ (7.30 p.m.) in the Source Gallery. ‘Roots is a dance piece by Syrian artist Saeed Hani. Saeed is an emerging choreographer living and working in Germany. He worked with three young graduated dancers this summer via online encounters and then in residency in September-October to premiere ‘Roots; at TDP’21.This project is part of the International Exchange Programme connecting young dancers with international choreographers.
‘Dances for Inside and Outside’ (8 p.m.) by John Scott/ Irish Modern Dance Theatre is a cycle of dances, large and small, created during the Pandemic with eight dancers.
This event will go ahead based on Government guidelines regarding venue capacity in respect of Covid 19. Patrons will be notified of any prospective changes.
